Guidelines for Projects

  

  • Title page must have contest name, chapter/council name, chapter/council number and city. Also, include the name, address and phone number of the person preparing the report. 
  • Report must be typed on 8 ½ x 11 white paper, double spaced, with 1” margins, be no more than three (3)  pages. 
  • Include chapter or council activities from April 1, 2025 through March 1, 2026 only. 
  • Include in your report the number of members in your chapter or council, the number who participated, and the number who attended (including guests).
